I just stumbled on this recipe this morning and look forward to trying it. I'm always on the lookout for crockpot breakfast recipes that I can put in the pot before bed and let it cook overnight. Having something ready and waiting is great since my husband, daughter, and sons get up and out the door at different times. With your recipe, have you tried cooking it on low for around 6 hours instead of high for 1 and low for 3-4?
